On Thursday 10th September at 0422 hours, a male was seen breaking into vehicles on PETTITS LANE, ROMFORD – near PARKSIDE AVENUE.​

The male was described as White, approximately 5'7" tall, scruffy looking, wearing a black coat and green backpack.​
